SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 2 working days form our headquarters based in Mallorca via DHL Express or Correos - delivery times calculated at checkout.

Orders outside of the EU, including the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered. Please note that due to COVID-19 and Brexit there may be slight delays when shipping to the UK.

The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.

Bella Sol holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit or delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange of size, colour or style. We accept exchanges on all of our products, except those on Sale.

We ensure your bikini arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is folded neatly in original packaging keeping all labelling flat & undamaged. The cost involved in returning an item to Bella Sol is the customers sole responsibility.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

CUSTOMER CARE

We recommended that you follow the steps below to ensure you biking has a long life. Please take special care when wearing, washing and storing your Bella Sol bikini.

Do not iron, bleach, wring, tumble dry, dry clean or machine wash
Hand rinse in cold water after use, making sure all chlorine, salt and sand is cleansed from the fabric
Lay flat in the shade to drip dry. Do not leave your swimwear rolled up wet or in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade and damage the fabric
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, for example: rocks, pebbles, stone, and concrete pool surfaces as this may cause balling of the fabric and loss of elasticity
Never stretch or pull your swimwear with force
Extreme heat and high levels of chlorine may fade or damage your swimwear over time
Take care when using sunscreen lotions, fake tans and tanning oils as they may stain or damage your swimwear
